The operator in accordance with Act no. 122/2013 Coll. on the protection of personal regulations as amended processes personal data of customers for the purpose of:

1. Order processing, issuance of tax documents, management of complaints in the online store lukabela.eu, lukabela.cz, lukabela.sk, lukabela.hu, lukabela.de, lukabela.es in the scope of: (name, surname, postal address, e-mail address, telephone, bank account number).

The seller hereby informs the buyer that pursuant to para. § 10 par. 3 letters b) Act no. 122/2013 Coll. on the protection of personal data as amended, the seller, as an operator in the process of concluding a purchase contract, will process the buyer's personal data without his consent as the person concerned, since the processing of the buyer's personal data will be carried out by the seller in pre-contractual relations with the buyer and the processing of the buyer's personal data is necessary for performance from a purchase contract in which the buyer is one of the contracting parties.

2. Marketing in the form of:

2.1 sending newsletter info messages to an e-mail address by signing up the customer to the mailing list on the pages of online stores in the range of: (name, surname, e-mail address).

2.2 participation in advertising campaigns (promotions) conducted on the websites of online stores.


A visitor to the online store can sign up to receive news, an article directly by entering his e-mail address in the box at goldcarp.sk, haldorado-shop.sk, haldorado-shop.cz, feedermethod.sk, feedermethod.cz, feedermania.sk and to "How to catch large carp" or "How to catch large carp" mentioned on the pages, or as the buyer can express his consent in accordance with sec. § 11 par. 1 of the Personal Data Protection Act, for the seller to process and store his personal data, especially those listed above, and/or which are necessary for the seller's activities related to sending information about new products, new articles, discounts and promotions on the offered goods and processed them in all its information systems, related to sending information about new products, discounts and promotions on the offered goods. The buyer grants the seller this consent for a certain period until the purpose of processing the buyer's personal data is fulfilled. After fulfilling the purpose of the processing, the seller shall immediately dispose of the buyer's personal data. The buyer can withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time in writing. Cancellation of consent when sending newsletter messages can also be done electronically by unsubscribing from the mailing list (in the footer of the email). The automatic unsubscribe is displayed at the bottom of the newsletter message that will be sent to the e-mail address you entered. The consent expires within 1 month from the delivery of the revocation of consent by the buyer to the seller.

The operator declares that:
- will use the processed personal data of the persons concerned only for the above-mentioned purposes as part of its business activities
- by not using the sending of newsletter messages, there is no threat of rejection of the contractual relationship.

Common provisions:
The personal data that you provide to the operator through the registration form or direct order must be true, and in the event of a change, you are obliged to inform the operator of the change without delay.

The protection of your personal data is governed by the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, while your rights are regulated in particular in § 28 of the Personal Data Protection Act; e.g. the right, based on a written request, to demand:

a) confirmation of whether or not personal data about his person are being processed

b) purpose of personal data processing

c) in a generally comprehensible form, information about the processing of your personal data in the information system and about its status to the extent:
I. identification data of the seller and the representative of the seller, if appointed,
II. identification data of the intermediary; this does not apply if the seller does not proceed in accordance with § 8,

when obtaining personal data

d) in a generally comprehensible form, precise information about the source from which he obtained his personal data for processing,

e) in a generally comprehensible form, a copy of his personal data that is the subject of processing,

f) additional information, which, taking into account all the circumstances and conditions of the processing of personal data, is necessary for the buyer to guarantee its rights and interests protected by law, in particular
I. instruction on the voluntariness or obligation to provide the required personal data; if Mrthe seller obtains the buyer's personal data on the basis of the buyer's consent according to § 11, he also informs her of the time of validity of the consent, and if the buyer's obligation to provide personal data results from a directly enforceable legally binding act of the European Union, an international treaty to which the Slovak Republic is bound, or a law, the seller informs the buyer of the legal basis that imposes this obligation on it, and informs it of the consequences of refusing to provide personal data,
II. information about third parties, if it is assumed or obvious that personal data will be provided to them,
III. range of recipients, if it is assumed or obvious that personal data will be made available to them,
IV. form of disclosure, if personal data is to be disclosed,
V. third countries, if it is assumed or obvious that personal data will be transferred to these countries,

g) correction of his incorrect, incomplete or out-of-date personal data that is the subject of processing,

h) liquidation of his personal data, if the purpose of their processing has been fulfilled; if the subject of processing is official documents containing personal data, he can request their return,

I. liquidation of his personal data, which are the subject of processing, if there has been a violation of the Personal Data Protection Act or other applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic.

Your personal data may be provided to third parties and intermediaries, i.e. entities cooperating with the operator, such as transport and delivery companies. The current list of these entities is as follows:

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In connection with the processing of personal data, pursuant to Art. 13 Regulation of the European Parliament and the EU Council 2016/679 (GDPR) of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, we provide the following information.

We minimize the scope of personal data that we process so that they are sufficient for the high-quality fulfillment of the services that you expect from us. So that we fulfill our legal obligations and so that we protect our legitimate interests. We process both the personal data of our customers and the personal data of our potential customers who have given us their consent. We process the following categories of personal data:

- Basic data, which are your first and last name, residential address, or ID number, if you are an entrepreneur - a natural person (self-employed person).
- Contact information, which is your e-mail, telephone number, or contact address.
- Information about the use of our products and services, about the products you have purchased or are considering purchasing. Information about the use of our online store, information newsletter, etc.
- Records of e-mail and chat communication, records of phone calls, or other communication with you in electronic or written form.
- Transaction data, primarily information about your payments and payment methods.
- Geolocation data, this is geographic data from a computer's web browser or from mobile applications. This data can be used to recommend the nearest store or service

PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
We process your personal data primarily for the purpose of concluding purchase contracts, the subject of which is the delivery of our goods and services. This activity primarily includes receiving and processing orders, issuing invoices and tax documents, recording payments, sending goods to the selected address, etc.

In order to properly fulfill all legal obligations, we also process personal data for the purposes of keeping accounts, managing the registry, or handling claims and complaints. In some cases, it is also necessary to process personal data for the purposes of litigation and extrajudicial debt collection.

We also process your personal data for the purpose of informing you about our products and services as part of direct marketing.

LEGAL BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
We process your personal data in accordance with the law, only on the basis of the legal basis of the caseswhen:

- Is the processing of personal data necessary for the fulfillment of a contract (for example, a purchase contract) and you are a party to the contract, or have you asked us to take measures before concluding the contract (for example, by registering in the e-shop)
- Or the processing of your personal data is necessary within the framework of our legitimate interest, which we pursue, which is primarily the offer and sale of goods and services to our customers
- Or you have given us your consent for one or more purposes. These may mainly include activities related to the offer of goods and services, or processing in order to adapt the offer to your expectations.

PERSONAL DATA STORAGE PERIOD.
- In the case of the consent of the person concerned, we will process your data until you withdraw your consent, but no later than 24 months after it was granted.
- In the case of a legitimate interest, we will process your personal data, unless you object to the processing, for a period that is justified in relation to the life cycle of the purchased product or service, so that we can offer you and provide related products and services.
- In the case of performance of the contract, we will process your personal data for the period during which the contractual relationship lasts, including warranty and complaint conditions
- In the case of fulfilling a legal obligation, we will process your personal data for the period required by law. In the case of the Accounting Act, the VAT Act, etc. the term can be 10 years.

YOUR RIGHTS AS THE PERSONS CONCERNED
When processing your personal data, we are ready to exercise your rights.

- You have the right to access your personal data, as well as the right to know for what purpose they are processed, who are the recipients of your personal data, what is the processing period.
- You have the right to correction if your personal data is incorrect or has changed, contact us, we will correct it.
- You have the right to delete personal data if they are incorrect or processed illegally.
- If your personal data is processed on the basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without this affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent granted before its withdrawal.
- You have the right to limit the processing, if you wish, we will process the data only for the most necessary legal reasons, or not at all.
- You have the right to object if you find out or think that this data processing is illegal or contrary to your rights. 
- You have the right to data portability, if you wish to transfer it to another operator, we will provide it to you in the appropriate format, if there are no other technical or legal obstacles.
